Terms of Service
Welcome to Maximum AI Consulting. By accessing our marketing website or using our software applications (including MaxAI EmailFlow, MaxAI Social, and MaxAI Chatbot), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Use of Services
Maximum AI Consulting provides AI-assisted business automation, reputation management, and shared inbox services. You agree to use these tools exclusively for lawful business operations and in complete compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and local data protection regulations.
2. AI Content and Accuracy Disclaimer
Our applications utilize advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to draft customer replies, generate social posts, and handle chatbot interactions. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can occasionally contain factual errors or formatting anomalies (“hallucinations”). Final Review: You maintain ultimate operational control. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving all outputs before they are transmitted to your end customers or published publicly. Maximum AI Consulting assumes no liability for automated replies sent via our platforms.
3. Subscription Billing and Cancellations
Access to our production applications requires an active paid subscription managed securely via Stripe. All fees are transparently disclosed at the point of checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled via your application dashboard prior to your regular billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Maximum AI Consulting and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost revenue, lost customer data, or operational business interruptions—arising out of or connected to the use or inability to use our software applications.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any commercial disputes arising from your use of our platforms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
