Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Maximum AI Consulting (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides the following disclosures regarding the categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected, and intend to continue collecting, the following categories of personal information from website visitors, leads, and clients: Identifiers (name, business email address, physical business address, phone number, IP address), commercial information about services considered and selected, internet/network activity (browsing, ad clicks), and professional/employment information (business name, industry, location). Data is retained only as long as necessary for the commercial purpose collected or legal requirements.
We collect data directly from you via forms, trial signups, or ads. Information is used solely for providing, optimizing, and securing our AI tools. We do not “sell” or “share” personal data for money or advertising; disclosures in the last 12 months have only been to trusted service providers (Stripe, Resend/Nylas, Lovable Cloud/Supabase) bound by DPAs, for operations. No information from consumers under 16 is knowingly collected or shared.
As a California resident, you have rights to know, access, delete, correct, or not be discriminated against regarding your information. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to restrict tracking.
